- Drive company culture, values, and employee engagement strategies.
- Lead full employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Design and implement learning, leadership, and talent development programs.
- Conduct employee surveys (e.g. eNPS) and lead action planning.
- Manage succession planning, talent mapping, and organizational development.
- Promote employee wellbeing, inclusion, and psychological safety initiatives.
- Oversee internal communication and employer branding programs.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on people-related transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, especially in culture, L&D, or OD
- Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Skilled in engagement surveys, talent development frameworks, and HR analytics
- Familiar with HRIS, LMS, employee survey platforms (e.g. Culture Amp, Officevibe)
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, BNSP) is preferred
