- Create and develop new menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
- 3 Years' experience in an equivalent position in an upscale hospitality environment.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a reputable establishment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- Must have an open personality and very good communication skills to provide good inter-departmental and intra-departmental relationships
