If you understand the luxury levers that will help bring to life a unique guest experience then we would love to hear from you.Your Day to day:As Recreation and Activity Manager, you will be assisting the Director of Spa and Wellness in curating and oversee all recreational and guest activities and events. The Recreation and Activity Manager engages with guest activities, kids club and makes sure that the service level is exceeding guest's expectations. Ensuring all Recreation and Activity Team respects and lives up to the IHG standards.

Curating and implement an innovative and diverse range of recreational programs and activities for guests of all ages and preferences.
Create a seamless and enriching experience for guests, ensuring every moment is extraordinary.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate recreation seamlessly into the overall guest experience.
Ensure every guest experiences seamless and enriching recreational activities that contribute to an extraordinary overall stay.
Stay informed about industry trends and continuously update offerings to meet evolving guest expectations.
Manage a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and personalized service.
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of recreation and activity professionals.
Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and personalized service among the team.
Develop and manage the budget for the recreation department, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality experiences.
Organize and coordinate special events, ensuring they align with the resort's standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
Understand and experienced in Kids Club, Wellness, Fitness and Entertainment operations.
Creative mindset with a keen understanding of trends in recreation and luxury travel.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
