- Act as a key resource for employees and management on employee relations issues, including guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation efforts between employees and management.
- Develop, implement, and maintain employee engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement training programs on employee relations topics.
- Stay informed on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, with a focus on resolving employee-related issues.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
