- Manage and maintain a portfolio of SME banking customers by extending professional and customized financial and banking services and effectively retaining quality business relationships.
- Explore new business opportunities in the SME banking sector through various business networks and channels, and by deepening business penetration in existing portfolio.
- Achieve business targets through identifying and realizing business opportunities in SME lending, trade financing and other related financial solutions under Bank's lending guidelines.
- Identify and minimize credit risk, prepare thorough financial analysis, credit proposals / regular credit reviews in accordance with Bank’s guidelines and policies.
- Be familiar with credit policies and regulatory requirements, and to ensure full compliance with internal and external requirements on banking activities.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in the banking and finance industry would be an advantage
- Sound understanding in banking products especially Bancassurance, Investment and Treasury products
- Possess relevant certification in various wealth management products would be an advantage
- Good understanding in application of key principles of sales (sales management) and leadership
- Good motivational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Good understanding in applying principle of Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering
- Excellent written and verbal English
