Lead the customer development, ideation, technical development, and launch of new features and product initiatives.
Improve customer experience and drive engagement and growth.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business impacts, customer needs, and technical feasibilities
Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements
Establish a shared vision among product stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and features leading to launch and execution.
Specify and research initiatives with extreme detail.
Effectively use data and analytics to evolve and inform the direction of product development.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

5+ years of experience in product/project management.
Ability to quickly understand complex products and market dynamics and translate to clear, actionable specifications for product improvement.
Be data-driven and extremely comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Firebase, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors.
Have a knack for creating simple and effective user interfaces and the ability to generate examples through mockups and wireframes.
Be able to build and scale with a focus on execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
