- Coordinate ESG data collection across various departments and business units, ensuring timely and accurate input to support both internal and external sustainability disclosures.
- Validate and organise ESG-related data, including environmental, social, and governance indicators, to support compliance with relevant reporting frameworks.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the company’s internal ESG data management systems and tools, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, reliability, and audit-readiness.
- Support the preparation of key corporate disclosures such as the Sustainability Report, Annual Report (sustainability section), UN Global Compact Communication of Progress, and CDP submission.
- Contribute to data submissions for sustainability benchmarks and ratings including SPOTT, CDP, MSCI, and Sustainalytics.
- Work closely with the ESG Data Manager and Head of ESG Reporting to improve ESG data quality, system integration, and readiness for emerging disclosure requirements.
- Perform other related tasks as required to support the company’s ESG strategy and reporting commitments.
