- Ensuring that the annual work plans related to facility management, finance, and marketing are prepared in accordance with the Siloam Training Center's strategy, implemented, and evaluated for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Developing and regularly updating standard procedures and operations (SPO) related to facility management, finance, and marketing activities, and ensuring they are consistently implemented.
- Ensuring the institution's financial management is carried out effectively and efficiently, including planning (budgeting), recording (journalizing), cash flow management, analysis, and regular financial reporting (financial statement).
- Ensuring that the institution's product and service marketing programs are carried out effectively and efficiently to achieve the institution's monthly financial and non-financial targets.
- Having a good knowledge in Budgeting
- Having the exposure of Profit and Loss financial report
- Forecasting the Opex and Capex
- Good data management, analysis, and presentation (financial and non financial)
- Manage training inventory and facility
- Expand the business of Siloam Training Center
