- Identify and understand manpower needs from clients, particularly in logistics roles (couriers, warehouse staff, helpers, etc.).
- Actively source candidates through both online platforms and offline field recruitment.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and validate supporting documents.
- Schedule and ensure candidates show up for further selection or placement.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
- Collaborate closely with operations and client teams to ensure timely recruitment delivery.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in outsourcing, logistics industries.
- Proven ability to fulfill high-volume, fast-turnaround recruitment needs.
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently in the field.
- Familiar with digital recruitment tools (Jobstreet, Indeed, WhatsApp blast, etc.) and able to reach local candidate communities.
- Own a personal vehicle and willing to travel around Yogyakarta and nearby areas.
- Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends if necessary).
