Microbiologist

• Supervise micro lab operation in accordance to existing SOPs and implement GMP/GLP/GDP under guidance and leadership of micro lab lead.
• Assist micro lab lead in ensuring the continuity of micro lab operational by organizing micro lab team tasks such as environmental monitoring, tests, inventory management, equipment maintenance and calibration, etc.
• Demonstrate competence in microbiological practices and knowledge to support micro lab operational, improvement, investigation, studies, qualifications, validations, etc.
• Review micro lab test and activity records, and provide test reports in timely manner.
• Conduct non-conformance investigation related to micro lab and meet the closure target.

• Bachelor of Science in Microbiology or Biology

• 2-3 years experience in micro lab of medical/pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Environmental monitoring of cleanroom (particulate and viable monitoring)
• Water monitoring (Total count, coliform, endotoxin)
• Product bioburden and endotoxin test
• Media preparation and growth promotion test
• Microbial staining and identification

• Good laboratory practices and aseptic technique
• Microbiological test method and practices
• Operation of microbiology lab equipment
• Fluently read, write, and communicate in English
• Leadership
• Investigative skills
