Transactional Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and execute daily purchase transaction processes in a timely and accurate manner.

Input and maintain accurate sales data and cash flow records.
Review and verify reimbursement documentation submitted by the Operations team.
Register and maintain new dealer information in the Company system.
Prepare and deliver daily and monthly operational reports.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards for performance tracking and business insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transactional workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

Requirements: * Proven experience in transactional processing, finance operations, or data analysis (automotive industry experience is an advantage).

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization).
Hands-on experience in data analysis and dashboard creation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and transactions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
