Job Description :- Responsible for supervising all process of employee recruitment.- Responsible for making monthly, quarterly and yearly plan of HR.- Responsible for making monthly and yearly plan and organizing employee training program.- Responsible for supporting job of negotiation with labour union under instruction GM and Director.- Responsible for making salary and evaluation scheme.- Responsible for reviewing company regulation and report it Dinas tenaga kerja.Job Requirement :- Diploma or bachelor degree holder from all major- Have more than 3 years' experience in the related division (Must have an experience to handling a subordinate)- Proficient in using Ms Office Application (Especially In Ms Excel)- Already established a good communication in HR community (especialy in Cikarang area)- Fluent in English language- Have knowledge and relation to improving HR Information System- Have a knowledge and experience to working using HORENSO Report system
