- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, business opportunities, and operational challenges
- Craft tailored strategies for specific business units (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to drive growth, improve efficiency, or address performance gaps.
- Support start/stop/optimize recommendations in collaboration with FP&A and relevant stakeholders
- Distill complex data sets financial, operational, and performance metrics into concise insights for leadership
- Lead root cause analysis to identify key drivers behind performance variances (internal and external factors)
- Monitor and synthesize competitive intelligence, market trends, customer behavior, and industry benchmarks
- Deliver compelling, visualized reports and narrative summaries tailored for executive decision-making
- Collaborate closely with Program, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure strategies are relevant, aligned, and executable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a relevant discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or relevant analytical roles.
- Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable strategic insights
- Proficiency in data tools such as Spreadsheet, SQL, Metabase
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
- Exceptional critical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior audiences
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams
- Experience in a tech-enabled or platform business model
