- Managing the day-to-day operations of the data centre facilities
- Monitor, operate, and maintain critical facility systems, including power supply (UPS, generators), cooling (CRAC/CRAH, chillers), fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
- Overseeing maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operational support.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators within the department.
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring all systems operate within regulatory and company guidelines.
- Supervising technical teams and providing necessary training or support.
- Collaborating with external vendors for specialised services when required.
- At least Diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with exposure in data centers or critical infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire suppression, and building management systems.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule and be available for emergency response.
- Good English communication skills
