- Profit and Revenue Generation: Overseeing initiatives to achieve financial targets from both new and existing client relationships across various market sectors.
- Market Strategy: Directing the development and execution of strategic market analysis, including competitor and segment studies, to enhance business performance.
- Financial Planning and Control: Managing the planning and monitoring of departmental budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and cost management.
- Sales Performance: Guiding the fulfillment of sales objectives on a recurring basis.
- Product and Client Management: Leading sales efforts for all products, including standard and custom offerings, across a range of clients and industries to meet domestic revenue goals.
- Client Satisfaction: Supervising the design and implementation of customer feedback mechanisms to support improvements in client satisfaction.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales & marketing role, preferably within the automotive / industrial component sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical capabilities.
- Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing.
