Job Description:AYANA Hospitality is excited to offer the position of Korean Guest Experience Officer (Native/Speaker) at our stunning AYANA Komodo resort. This role is critical in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they receive premium service throughout their stay. You will use your language skills and hospitality expertise to create memorable experiences.Responsibilities
  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Experience Manager when needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Korean (with a minimum TOPIK Level 4 certification for Korean speakers), and strong command of the English language
  • Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is required. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
