
Korean Guest Experience (Native/Speaker) | AYANA Komodo

- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Experience Manager when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
- Fluent in Korean (with a minimum TOPIK Level 4 certification for Korean speakers), and strong command of the English language
- Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or a related discipline is required. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
