- Actively relate to Leads provided through Motion Standard and Virtual Engagement.
- Routinely provide feedback to merchants by making Report modules always conducting Business Reviews. and actively penetrate promos and ads from leads that are their responsibility.
- Determine the problems faced by merchants and help solve them, including identify and grow merchants in the respected portfolio as the future growth driver, those related to troubleshooting, document changes or adding new outlets, entities or brands.
- Actively observe competitor movements and market movements.
- Actively penetrate their areas by onboarding new merchants and always observing the area through canvassing days.
- Actively support the city's focus projects (Merchant Partnership, Assortment, etc).
- Ensure the submission and administration process (advertisements, promotions, changes to agreements, additional outlets) are on time, including complaints from merchants and also always submit to ASM and seek assistance from the right PIC.
- Routinely attend training, socialize new products and develop skills.
- At least 3 years relevant experience with preferable industries: top 5 FMCG/Telecommunication/Bank/Tech company and preferably has spent significant time (
- Has existing relationship or able to bridge, develop, and maintain good relationship with key partner.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fact-based/number-oriented individual and able to interpret data to make practical data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Gojek area of operations.
