  • Campaign Strategy & Development:
Formulate strategic plans for paid advertising campaigns, define target audiences, and set clear campaign objectives.
  • Keyword Research:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for targeting within paid search campaigns.
  • Ad Creation:
Develop compelling ad copy, including headlines and calls-to-action, that resonate with the target audience and drive desired user actions.
  • Budget Management:
Set and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Platform Management:
Manage campaigns on various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track key performance metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, and ROAS using analytics tools.
  • A/B Testing:
Execute A/B split testing to evaluate different campaign elements and identify the most effective approaches.
  • Reporting:
Compile reports on campaign performance, analyze trends, and present data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with other marketing team members, including content creators, SEO experts, and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing within Media & Entertainment and IT industry.
  • You have working knowledge of Paid Ads Marketing and Paid Ads Marketer
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
