- Drive and manage all business activities in relation to the account(s)
- Manage the annual forecast and Go-To-Market strategy for the Key Accounts including arranging business review meetings
- Monitor and deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s) based on the KPIs/sell-thru targets
- Forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, etc.
- Develop retail and corporate sales programs including appropriate product offerings in collaboration with the Regional Merchandising Manager
- Proven sales track record, people leadership and management skills and experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years' Sales Management and Marketing or Trade Marketing experience in an FMCG environment, ideally in Skincare
- Experience dealing with buyers of major Key Account chains and partner management is essential
- Have a strong understanding of the Indonesia retail market and appreciate HCP endorsement on consumer health products is desirable
- Experience dealing with HCPs including Dermatologists is desirable
