- Develop and maintain standard documents for General Affairs (GA) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), including guidelines, manuals, SOPs, and checklists.
- Ensure timely maintenance and repair of hospital buildings and facilities.
- Provide proactive communication regarding planned and unplanned disruptions such as power outages, water supply issues, and other service interruptions.
- Implement measures to minimize workplace accidents.
- Plan and organize the hospital's HSE (K3L) Committee programs.
- Execute and monitor K3L Committee initiatives in line with hospital safety objectives.
- Ensure the team continuously improves their skills through training and active participation in hospital activities.
- Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the K3L Committee's safety programs.
- Lead hospital safety (K3L) advocacy and awareness campaigns.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Master's Degree (S2) in Engineering is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Manager in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Proven expertise in managing building systems including air conditioning, machinery, and generators.
- Certified in Building Management is highly preferred.
