Job DescriptionThe Restaurant Manager is to manage assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre in the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in an international class hotel
  • Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management
  • Computer literate
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Good communication skills
