- Providing software application support
- Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements
- Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications
- Consulting with the software development team, internal users, clients and principal to improve application performance
- Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns
- Scheduling application updates

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information system, computer engineering, or similar
Min 2 years experience in the same field
Experience in installing applications on the server and workstation
Experience in Windows Server
Knowledge in programming languages such as Python and scripting skills
Experience in MSSQL Database
Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Willing to Work From Office (WFO)
