- Execute and optimize end-to-end e-commerce campaigns across online marketplace platforms, including live shopping, affiliate marketing, and on & offsite media (CPAS, Google Shopping Ads, TikTok GMV Max, search, display, banner, affiliate)
- Manage day-to-day campaign performance to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, and share of category.
- Collaborate with cross-functional dentsu teams (creative, media, data, retail) as well as partners to design integrated commerce solutions that drive both visibility and conversion.
- Analyze campaign data and marketplace insights, turning them into actionable recommendations for client growth.
- Stay on top of platform updates, new features, and commerce innovations — driving adoption of best-in-class solutions for clients.
- Partner closely with client & platform stakeholders to become their go-to advisor for all things e-commerce.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce campaign management (agency or brand side).
- Proven success in driving sales and ROI across major online marketplace platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada & others.
- Solid understanding of social commerce (live shopping, affiliate marketing, short video content), and on & off-site media (CPAS, Google Shopping Ads, TikTok GMV Max, search, display, banner, affiliate)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Passion for eCommerce innovation and a track record of staying ahead of platform trends.
