- Final-year student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the end-to-end campaign development process, including concept creation, execution, and evaluation.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with media partners.
- Proactively stays informed on current affairs and emerging trends to contribute relevant and innovative ideas.
- Shows genuine interest in, or has prior involvement with, youth community initiatives such as campus organizations, volunteer activities, student associations, or creative communities.
