- Manage and interpret customer requirements.
- Maintain records of customer communication, opportunity, RFQ and contact information as required in CRM.
- Ensure that all sales activities are performed in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Prepare bid documents for tendering of projects and follow up on the tendering process.
- Work and maintain close communication with customer support and engineering group in order to prepare a bid proposal or technical solutions to the customer's needs.
- Order processing with the plant and liaise the delivery process with forwarding companies.
- Prepare invoices at the end of the sales cycle.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 years working experience in similar industry or function.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft office is strongly desired.
- Detailed and meticulous team player.
