
Sales Manager (Cardiovascular)

- Develop and execute sales strategies for interventional cardiology products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, lab teams, and hospital procurement units.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive territory growth across Indonesia.
- Working closely with cross function teams to deliver product training, trials, and procedural plans.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform commercial planning.
- Report sales performance, forecast demand, and contribute to regional strategic planning.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in interventional cardiology or cardiovascular specialties.
- Proven track record in territory development, key account management, and sales target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self starter and familiar in working in a fast-paced and highly compliant environment.
- Bachelor's degree Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus.
