Develop and Conduct governance supervision program for Astra Financial holding to their Financial Services subsidiary
Develop and Conduct Compliance Programme for Conglomeration Group (POJK 30/2024)
Develop Policy and Standardization Document to be implemented in Astra Financial Holding
Conduct data consolidation, data analysis and reporting to OJK
Conduct analysis and acting as Project Monitoring on implementing emerging laws and regulation related to the company and its Financial
Maintain Communication with External Stakeholder (Government Bodies ex: OJK, BI, Kominfo, KPPU, etc. and Association of Industry)

Bachelor of Laws/Finance/Economy or Related Major
Min. 2 to 5 Job Experience preferably from Reputable Bank or other Financial Institution and/or Conglomeration Company
Familiar with OJK reporting and regulation in Financial Services sector
Having good Communication, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal to engage with other Department in and outside the company
Having good analytical and problem solving
