  • Strategic analysis of logistic (3PL) and operation-related problems, define root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end logistic project management and coordination of recommended solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and improving core Customer Service (CS) metrics, such as CSAT, handling time, complaint rate, and resolution of high aging, high contact, and long-tail cases from a logistic angle.
  • Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units, acting as a liaison for cross-functional initiatives across Operations and Non-Operations teams to ensure alignment and minimize negative impact on customer-facing performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc reports (in deck or sheet format) and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements :Requirements:
  • 5 years min experience in project, management consulting, strategy, or director's office, preferably has experience in logistics or operations.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Proficient in using Excel / G-sheet & PowerPoint / G-slide
  • Good structure, decent logic, good with numbers
About the Team :Overview Summary:The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
