Assist with the coordination of meetings and events within the Food & Beverage department
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
Assist with the coordination of events and special promotions within the Food & Beverage department
Assist with inventory management and procurement process
Organize and maintain files and documents
Handle administrative requests and queries from the team
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Requirements

Only for Indonesian Citizen
Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same or related position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail with accuracy, multitasking, and problem solving skills
Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
