- Preparing promotion and salary adjustment proposal, liaising with respective HR Business Partners
- Assisting Rewards Manager in conducting the year end performance review, annual merit increase and bonus distribution
- Providing support to Rewards Manager on ad-hoc Rewards projects by preparing data & analysis on compensation & benefits
- Creating and managing Power BI report for Rewards Activity
- Preparing and submitting rewards data for external and internal survey that are required
- Providing C&B advice and/or data to other HR team upon request
- Analyzing Company’s current Rewards Policy, Benefit Policy, and salary competitiveness with external/internal data benchmarking
- Supporting the Rewards team in overseeing Manpower Planning and its actualisation
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, especially to convey data into actionable information
- Excellent MS Office skills, primarily on Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadline
- Good Microsoft Power BI skills (optional)
- Ability to work independently and good self-management
