- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain high hygiene and safety standards (sanitization, equipment checks).
- Manage appointment scheduling and optimize therapist schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle complaints professionally.
- Gather customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Drive spa revenue through upselling treatments and packages.
- Develop promotional campaigns (seasonal offers, partnerships with hotels).
- Monitor financial performance (expenses, profits, payroll).
- Collaborate with hotels, or corporate clients for partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends (new treatments, wellness tech).
- 2-3 years of experience in spa operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Background in massage, or wellness services.
- Experience in customer service, sales
- Leadership & Team Management – Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff.
- Customer Service Excellence – Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaints.
- Business & Financial Acumen – Budgeting, sales strategies, and revenue management.
- Spa Operations Knowledge – Understanding treatments, hygiene standards, and equipment.
- Marketing & Promotion – Driving bookings through promotions, social media, and partnerships.
- Problem-Solving & Stress Management – Handling operational challenges calmly.
