- Taking the lead in day-to-day planning across key accounts, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
- Building strong partnerships with media owners to unlock opportunities and deliver innovative, market-leading plans.
- Collaborating across internal teams to bring campaigns to life — on time, on point, and in line with best practices.
- Using your commercial acumen to guide investment toward the right partners that maximize impact.
- Owning agency deliverables and ensuring all commitments within the scope of work are met, consistently and on time.
- Developing media plans and recommendations that directly address client challenges and objectives.
- Being the face of dentsu to clients; maintaining relationships, building trust, and showcasing the value of working with us.
- At least 3 years of experience in media planning, with a strong background in digital channels (programmatic, paid social, search, display, video).
- Experience in offline media planning is a plus, or openness to expand knowledge beyond digital.
- Proven ability to translate client marketing objectives into actionable media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in interpreting data, audience insights, and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
