- Recording every incoming reservation, analyzing unit availability, and preparing units to be ready and inspected.
- Collaborating with the Housekeeping Coordinator to monitor all housekeeping work on units (Room Inspection).
- Responding to, analyzing, negotiating, and following up on complaints and requests from both Service Apartment units and Expat & Executive units.
- Following up with relevant departments and Building Management to ensure tenant complaints are fully resolved.
- Preparing monthly data reports including: In-House Guest, Room Map, Complaints, and Guest Satisfaction — ensuring data is valid and accurate.
- Reviewing database records and documents related to the tenants of the company’s units.
- Maintaining and caring for company assets.
- Welcoming guests at the lobby and greeting them.
- Escorting guests to their unit for the In-Room Check-In process.
- Requesting a copy of the guest’s ID or passport for documentation purposes.
- Providing a detailed explanation of the Inventory List and all equipment available in the unit.
- General Room Check: includes recording any damages or missing room facilities and ensuring whether any guest belongings are left behind, to be documented in the Lost & Found Form and immediately reported to the Housekeeping Coordinator or Tenant Relations.
- Requesting the guest’s signature on the Room Inventory List during the check-out process and ensuring all inventory items are complete and match the original setup.
- Collaborating with GA and B&F CBS.
- Coordinating with other relevant divisions or designated PICs (Persons in Charge).
