Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards across all blood bank operations, including documentation, audits, and regulatory engagement.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including medical, quality assurance, and engineering to align infrastructure with clinical and donor needs.
Develop SOP's, training modules, and quality systems to ensure safe and efficient blood collection, processing, and storage.
Provide strategic input on plasma banking initiatives, with preference for candidates who have prior experience in plasma centre development or operations.
Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance donor experience, product quality, and operational efficient
