Job Descriptions (Scope, Tasks, Responsibility, etc) * Handling Incoming, outgoing, and distributing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Arrange the driver's schedules daily
  • Send, receive, and distribute documents, and prepare airway bills for the courier daily
  • Handling related things to building management
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Assisting employees with social, sports, and recreational activities and special programs for the company.
  • Arrange Business trips, such as transportation tickets, accommodation, etc, if necessary, based on request
  • Monitoring the overtime of the Office Boy
  • Arranging office cleanliness and sanitation (e.g., pest control, office sanitation, etc) by coordinating with the Office Boy and Purchasing
  • Assists all departments if required and manages necessary ad-hoc
