- Work hand-in-hand with Shopee & Zalora Relationship Manager to maximize brand exposure and platform support.
- Collaborate with external partners (brand collaboration) to enhance performance and deliver impactful results.
- Set clear and achievable revenue targets & marketing budget allocations, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing impact.
- Update and maintain a monthly and weekly campaign calendar, ensuring all campaigns are well-planned, scheduled, and executed on time.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Secure and manage campaign exposure placements on Shopee & Zalora.
- Submit all necessary materials for marketplace campaigns, including SKU details and assets, ensuring all content is correctly formatted and aligns with campaign objectives.
- Curate SKU selections, prepare campaign segments, and craft compelling copy for Shopee & Zalora broadcast messages and WhatsApp blasts.
- Lead the planning and execution of ad-hoc projects, including brand collaborations and affiliates.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Shopee & Zalora ads to achieve performance KPIs (CPC, ROAS, CR, CTR).
- Develop targeting strategies tailored to Shopee & Zalora’s audience and format and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Stay updated on Shopee & Zalora ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Review weekly channel performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities or issues for optimization.
- Analyze and report on channel performance at the end of each month, comparing results against targets and previous months, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketplace’s AM to review quarterly performance across all channels, assess long-term strategies, and align on key actions for driving growth and achieving goals.
- Oversee the entire order processing workflow, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time, accurately, and efficiently.
- Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or delays to maintain a smooth order flow.
- Oversee timely execution of all scheduled promotions.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing Shopee is required; experience with Zalora is a plus.
- Fluency in English required for day-to-day communication.
- Passionate about fashion and apparel and a good understanding of Love, Bonito.
- Performance-centric mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to drive informed decisions.
