- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
