- Drive sales growth in the in Independent Aftermarket in Two- and Three-Wheeler Segments in Indonesia.
- Develop solid relationships with key distributors and customers (Dealers and workshops) in Thailand
- Co-operatively set annual sales target with distributors by product and application sectors (Business Plan) to ensure company sales target are met.
- Structure network according to geography & sectors & functions
- Co-ordinate with Marketing dept to enhance the Schaeffler's brand and product awareness in the market. /Marketing activities /Exhibition
- Partners 'Performance Review on quarterly basis in terms of order book fulfillment to meet sales target.
- Distribution conflict management.
- Product Trainings /Seminars to promote product unique selling points for SAAM Products in the Philippines.
- Identify opportunities for growth to meet or exceed the annual sales target
- Support the SEA Management with market data
- Collection of market pricing information and report to the Pricing Department for analysis.
- Ensure product availability thru forecasting and scheduled planning
- Monitor on customer overdue payment and follow up with customer for payment to reduce DSO.
- Other duties as required by Superior
- Bachelor's degree in business management or mechanical/automotive engineering related education background
- Minimum 5 years' experience in distribution or channel management in MNS dealing in Automotive Aftermarket parts or components of Motorcycle or 3 wheeler.
- Ability to think outside of the box, creativity, and down-to-earth mentality
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Result-oriented and dynamic person.
- Strong logical, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Good organizational skills including time management.
- Managing complex matters, conflict management, interpersonal skills, self-assurance, negotiating skills, good social skill
- Fluent in English written and verbal.
