We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Staff to handle tax reporting, payments, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionsKey Responsibilities :
- Prepare, calculate, and submit monthly and annual tax reports (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and other applicable taxes) accurately and on time.
- Ensure all tax payments are completed in compliance with prevailing Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Operate and manage Coretax, e-Faktur, e-SPT, and other relevant tax administration systems.
- Reconcile tax data with accounting records and ensure alignment with financial statements.
- Assist in tax audits, prepare supporting documentation, and liaise with tax authorities when required.
- Keep abreast of updates to Indonesian tax regulations and proactively apply changes to internal processes.
- Provide tax-related advice to internal teams to support business transactions and decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive tax documentation and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in taxation (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Coretax (highly preferred), e-Faktur, e-SPT, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, high numerical accuracy, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
