- Social Media Management: Work closely with the Director of Marcom, Graphic Designer, and Content Creator to curate engaging social media content.
- Community Engagement: Handle daily responses to comments, questions, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Influencer & Guest Post Tracking: Monitor and track influencer collaborations and guest-generated content.
- Performance Analysis: Assist in creating social media performance reports and tracking key engagement metrics.
- Competitor Monitoring: Regularly analyze competitor social media strategies and provide insights through reports.
- Event & Marketing Support: Help coordinate promotional events, press visits, and content production activities.
- Brand Representation: Ensure all marketing efforts align with Capella Ubud's luxury brand identity.
- Administrative Tasks: Support daily administrative duties, including maintaining databases, organizing marketing materials, and assisting with reports.
- Collaboration & Flexibility: Work across departments and be adaptable to different sales and marketing functions as needed.
- An active student that enrolled in a College or University preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Communications or Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills with personable character, a team player and good at cultivating strong guest relations.
- Very good command in spoken and written English, additional languages will be an advantage.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multi task and prioritize.
- Possess a great communication skill
- Good conflict resolution skills with decision making and judgemental skills.
- Flexible regarding the work schedules.
- Strong email etiquettes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Social media platform: IG, Facebook, Google My Business, TripAdvisor
