- Lead and monitor the execution of concurrent projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the central liaison among departments to align project goals, resources, and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, dashboards, and reports for executive stakeholders.
- Identify and address bottlenecks, risks, and resource constraints proactively.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings and steering committees.
- Champion process improvements, standardization, and documentation within the PMO framework.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
- Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Country Leader.
- Engage with department heads, technical leads, clients, and third-party vendors to enable smooth collaboration.
- Communicate consistently across all levels of the organization to ensure clarity on objectives, progress, and expectations.
- Build trust and influence decision-making even without formal authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally within mining, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder networks.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
