As a PMO, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and monitor the execution of concurrent projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Act as the central liaison among departments to align project goals, resources, and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, dashboards, and reports for executive stakeholders.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks, risks, and resource constraints proactively.
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings and steering committees.
  • Champion process improvements, standardization, and documentation within the PMO framework.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
  • Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Country Leader.
  • Engage with department heads, technical leads, clients, and third-party vendors to enable smooth collaboration.
  • Communicate consistently across all levels of the organization to ensure clarity on objectives, progress, and expectations.
  • Build trust and influence decision-making even without formal authority.
Work closely with senior leadership and drive change across business functions.Thrive in a dynamic setting where initiative and ownership are valued.A successful PMO should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally within mining, energy, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder networks.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently while navigating matrixed environments.
