Responsible for carrying out dental nursing services/care for patients in the outpatient department in accordance with the quality of nursing services and outpatient patient safety
Receive patients at the nurse station in accordance with service standards set by the Hospital
Carrying out initial assessments of patients to determine priority needs of patients and informing the order of services to patients
Analyze integrated information from patient assessment data to plan nursing care and carry out nursing actions (both independently and collaboratively) to anticipate and prevent worsening of the patient's condition
Provide the tools and medicines needed by the doctor and accompany the doctor during the examination to ensure the smoothness of the examination process
Assist and accompany patients during procedures by doctors to ensure patient privacy and comfort
Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of actions to determine the development of the patient's condition
Carry out complete documentation before, during and after treatment to be used as a reference for disease history, further treatment reference and patient visit statistics
Provide education to patients and patient companions/families to ensure the smoothness and continuity of the healing/treatment process
Collect required data and make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors
Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
Diploma (D3)/bachelor Degree from Dental Technology
Dental Technology
Experience as a dental technician or in a similar role within a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
Expertise in using dental laboratory equipment and materials, and a thorough understanding of dental prosthetic design and fabrication.
High attention to detail for precise construction and fitting of dental devices.
Precision and patience in crafting and adjusting dental appliances to meet exact specifications.
Qualifications
