- Serve as the main point of contact for the Company and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and understand the client's business objectives, trading strategies, and specific needs to provide tailored solutions and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our services/products to the client, including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products to the client to drive revenue growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to the client.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to the client, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies for expanding our business with the client.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients across all levels.
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on enhancing client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and tracking account activities.
