  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with PSAK, OJK regulations, and IFRS standards.
  • Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and regulators (OJK, tax office, etc).
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and group consolidation reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Streamlining accounting systems and processes for greater efficiency.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA qualification is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in the insurance/reinsurance or financial services sector.
  • Solid knowledge of PSAK and IFRS, and familiar with regulatory reporting to OJK.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Good Leadership with can do mentality.
