Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in the supply chain team's continued development and success in its Indonesia office.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies aligned with business goals
Collaborate on demand forecasting and production planning
Monitor and optimise inventory levels to prevent shortages or excesses
Evaluate and select reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical devices
Implement quality control measures
Optimise transportation and distribution for timely delivery
Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain
Work with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities
Identify and implement process improvements and cost reduction strategies

To succeed in this Supply Chain Manager (FMCG Manufacturing) role, you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of supply chain process especially in medical devices.Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field, with 10 or more years' experience in FMCG manufacturing
Familiarity with Indonesian medical device regulations
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Familiarity with supply chain management software and ERP systems
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to adapt to changing business environments
