Join our Talent Acquisition team as an Intern and help us find Indonesia's top talent! Gain exposure to Employer Branding and learn about recruitment.What you will do :Talent Acquisition and Coordination :
- Assist the Recruiter team in making cold calls to potential candidates in Indonesia / SEA and making the first touch with candidates.
- Screen resumes for active applicants, provide feedback to the Recruiter team, and help maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values.
- Develop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.
- Indonesian citizen (visa sponsorship is not provided).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills.
- Currently pursuing a final year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Able to proactively attract talent via emails, cold calling and through LinkedIn.
- Keen to kickstart a career within the Human Resources function.
- Eager to dive into talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Available for a full-time internship of 6 months.
- The intern salary is Rp 3,500,000.
