The platform incorporates scheduling, live tracking, safety processes, and valuable data collection and analysis for optimisation of projects and future planning.Post the rollout of the first version of Veyor's scheduling board on Sydney's tallest residential skyscraper construction project in 2018, the platform has been adopted by all leading top-tier builders in Australia and New Zealand and is now growing into the US market.We are now hiring talent to join our well-funded, fast-growing tech business with a strong, experienced team.The RoleWe’re seeking a Product Designer to join a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS team transforming operations in construction and facility management. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centered design solutions across our platform. From research and ideation to high-fidelity design and developer handoff, you'll own the end-to-end design process and help craft a cohesive and efficient user experience that meets the needs of industry professionals in construction, civil infrastructure, and Class A facilities.Responsibilities:

Leading the full product design process for new features and improvements.
Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and analysing data to validate and inform design decisions.
Creating and maintaining a scalable design system to ensure UI/UX consistency.
Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on business goals and user needs.
Advocating for user experience excellence and fostering a strong design culture across the team.
Stay abreast of the latest design methodologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance your skill set
Apply new knowledge to drive innovation within our platform, improving user experiences across construction, civil, and facility management sectors.

Ideal Profile

You have 4+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio that highlights user-centered solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
You have experience designing for SaaS platforms, preferably in logistics, construction, or facilities management.
You are highly skilled in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
You are proficient in using quantitative methods to inform and support design decisions.
Prior experience leveraging AI to enhance UX, using data/analytics in design decisions, and a background in Design, UX, HCI, or a related field would be advantageous.
You have a strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
You are a clear communicator who collaborates well in remote, cross-functional teams.
You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
You bring a growth mindset and are proactive about staying current with design trends and tools.
