- Oversee and support local distribution partners to ensure effective market coverage and alignment.
- Establish and nurture connections with influential figures in the construction industry, including architects, designers, and project stakeholders.
- Identify potential projects where solutions can be specified and actively follow up with all involved parties through regular communications.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of projects and interactions using CRM software.
- Collect and evaluate market data, including competitor insights and trends, to inform strategic decisions.
- Focus efforts on key sectors such as Healthcare, Hospitality, Education & Sports, Industrial, and Office markets.
- Bachelor degree with fluent English in Sales, Marketing, Architecture or related field.
- Relevant experience working in specification, sales, or technical roles related to construction materials or building solutions.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian construction landscape and its regional markets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across different cities.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and analyzing market information.
