  • Develop and implement a business plan with defined performance targets.
  • Offer technical and marketing assistance to clients and partners.
  • Ensure timely submission of business reports, CRM data, budgets, and forecasts.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in Agriculture, coupled with at least five years of technical sales expertise within the agrochemical industry.

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
  • Must demonstrate willingness to undertake extensive domestic and international travel.
