- Promote and sell our client's offerings to the plant nutrition sector, covering seeds, bio stimulants, complexing agents, and fertilizers.
- Establish a robust network of distributors and retailers in Indonesia and Malaysia.
- Actively participate in industry events such as associations, trade shows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the global sales, marketing, and technical teams to innovate new products and explore new markets.
- Develop and implement a business plan with defined performance targets.
- Offer technical and marketing assistance to clients and partners.
- Ensure timely submission of business reports, CRM data, budgets, and forecasts.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in Agriculture, coupled with at least five years of technical sales expertise within the agrochemical industry.
- Strong network within agrochemical distributors and channels.
- Possesses comprehensive technical and professional understanding encompassing crop, agronomic knowledge, and farming practices across diverse regions.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
- Must demonstrate willingness to undertake extensive domestic and international travel.
