
Dry Stack Tailing Facility Manager

- Lead the development, commissioning, and daily operations of the Dry Stack Tailings Facility.
- Manage tailings deposition planning, material balance, filtration systems, and dry stacking logistics.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, tailings governance frameworks, and site-specific SOPs.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineering consultants, and geotechnical teams during DSTF construction and audits.
- Implement monitoring programs for geotechnical stability, water balance, and dust control.
- Support progressive rehabilitation and closure planning initiatives.
- Lead risk assessments, emergency response plans, and training for the DSTF team.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mining operations with at least 5 years in tailings management.
- Proven track record in managing or commissioning dry stack tailings facilities, ideally in laterite/nickel operations.
- Strong knowledge of international tailings standards (e.g., ICMM, GISTM, ANCOLD).
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Willing to be based on-site in Central Sulawesi on a FIFO roster.
